Anne Collins Duch, DPT, WCS, E-RYT 500, believes yoga is where science and self-discovery meet.

With nearly three decades of experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic health and women's wellness, Anne brings a unique perspective to the practice of yoga. She combines a

deep understanding of anatomy, movement, breath, and the nervous system with yoga's rich tradition to create classes that are welcoming thoughtful, and empowering.

Anne's teaching emphasizes mindful movement, functional strength, mobility, balance, breath awareness, and nervous system regulation. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have practiced for years, her goal is to help you move with greater confidence, cultivate resilience, and feel more at home in your body.

As the founder of Physical Therapy for Women, Anne has helped thousands of individuals navigate pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic floor concerns, menopause, chronic pain, and healthy aging.

She believes yoga is for every body—not because every pose is accessible, but because every practice can be adapted to meet you exactly where you are.

When she's not in the clinic or teaching, Anne enjoys spending time hiking along the Brandywine, hanging at home with her family, snuggling with a good book and her doodle pups, catching up with

her college-aged kids in Philly and Southern Maryland, or chasing down her next concert outing with her best girlfriends.

Whether you are someone who has never stepped through the doors of a yoga studio or you are someone who considers yourself an experienced yogi, you’ll leave Anne’s classes feeling connected,

strong, and eager to come back for more.

Friendly, compassionate, and highly competent, Laura Mulrenin is a dedicated yoga teacher and practitioner. As a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with over nine years of teaching experience, she specializes in a diverse range of styles, including Vinyasa Flow, Static, Gentle Yoga, Yin, Chair Yoga, and meditation. Deeply versed in the healing arts, Laura also integrates sound healing, Reiki, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and aromatherapy into her offerings. Her expertise has made her a trusted lead educator for 200-hour, 300-hour, and Chair Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) programs.

A former runner and triathlete, Laura first found yoga as a path to physical healing, mental balance, and a deeper mind-body connection. Today, she dedicates her teaching to helping all bodies—from athletes and busy professionals to everyday individuals—restore mobility, balance energy, and discover deep rest. Known for her grounding energy, Laura’s classes blend creative sequencing with accessible alignment cues. Her instructional style is both challenging and motivating, yet deeply compassionate and light. She thoughtfully designs safe, inclusive spaces that balance ease and effort, encouraging students to mindfully explore their own edge.

Laura maintains a daily practice of asana, meditation, and pranayama. Her ultimate intention is to foster community and genuine connection, holding a welcoming space for every individual who walks through the door. Outside the studio, Laura is a proud wife, a mother to three daughters and two furbabies, a passionate Francophile, and a dedicated yogini. You can also find her at the gym lifting weights and in the woods, walking and reconnecting with nature.

Dorian Jacobson, RYT500

What started in 2017 as a fun way to stay active quickly turned into a daily practice that transformed Dorian's life. Today, she's a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) and has a passion for helping students discover they're capable of more than they ever imagined.

Dorian loves taking those "there's no way I can do that" poses and breaking them down into simple, achievable steps that build confidence one piece at a time. Whether it's an arm balance, inversion, or a challenging transition, her goal is to make the impossible feel possible.

Her classes are upbeat, welcoming, and thoughtfully sequenced to challenge both the body and the mind. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in the yogic concept of Lila, the idea that life is meant to be experienced with a sense of play. Whether you're brand new to yoga or chasing your next arm balance, Dorian creates an environment where students feel supported, encouraged, and free to have a little fun along the way. She believes yoga can be challenging, but it should also make you smile. She doesn't take herself too seriously, and there's a good chance you'll hear a joke, celebrate a small victory, or laugh together when a pose doesn't go quite as planned.

In addition to her yoga training, Dorian holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Education, along with certifications in children's yoga, yin yoga, and Level Two Reiki. Before finding herself on a yoga mat, she spent time in both the corporate world and an elementary school classroom, which means she's learned how to connect with just about everyone, from boardrooms to second graders, and everyone in between. If there's one thing she's learned, it's that every person is on their own unique journey, and she's happy to meet them wherever they are. She's also a CrossFit enthusiast and enjoys exploring how strength, mobility, and mindfulness work together both on and off the mat.

When she's not teaching, Dorian is usually traveling between Delaware and the Carolinas to visit her kids while they're away at college or spending time with her husband, Bill, at their vacation home. At home, life is happily rounded out by their children, Gunnar and Analiese, and their two dogs, Bentley and Sonett.

Her goal is simple: to create classes where students leave feeling stronger, more confident, and maybe just a little surprised by what they can do.

Kate is certified in Meditation and Mindfulness, Restorative Yoga, Positive Psychology,  and Yin Yoga.

She has a BFA, MA, and MFA in Theater, and in past lives has worn many hats as a performer, assistant professor, BFA theater program director, dramaturg, director, mentor, and published scholar. These days, Kate turns the focus of her dharma to sustainable wellness, community, spiritual liberation, and wholehearted living (physical, mental, spiritual, and social health).

Off the mat, she shares her life with her partner, two sons, beloved cat, Posie, and dog, Potato. By day she is a Vaccines Specialist and passionate public health advocate.

Kate is also a triathlete, book-nerd, and board game enthusiast. She has seen all of the cooking shows.

A meditative soul, and a believer in people, Kate has been told that she has “Resting You Can Do It Face.”

Kate's Yoga philosophies: Yoga is for everyone. Yoga is a holistic, spiritual, and ethical practice. Yoga is not apolitical and neither am I. There is no such thing as "yoga clothes" or "a yoga body." Advanced yoga is a matter of cultivating our compassionate witness. Yoga is an intentional action verb we live both on our mats and out in the world; it's a practice of always beginning again. And if we're not falling down and laughing sometimes, then what are we even doing?! Being a human is funny, curious, and ever-changing; so is my yoga practice.

Kate Lyles, RYT 500 (She/her/hers)

Originally from Long Island, New York, Christina now calls Wilmington, Delaware home. With 15 years of experience in education, she brings empathy, curiosity, and a deep sense of purpose to her work—both on and off the mat. She is a 200- and 300-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and integrates the tools of yoga into her daily life and career as a school counselor.

For Christina, yoga is a vital source of mental clarity, spiritual grounding, and a path to functional movement, strength, balance, and flexibility. Her classes are known for intentional sequencing, thoughtful transitions, and a blend of challenge and calm.

200hr RYT with an additional certification in Chair Yoga (Thank you, Laura M.)

I have a BA in Theater, a Diploma from the Juilliard School of Drama, and a MA in Communication Disorders. My professional career has been all over the map: Classical Actor, Speech Language Pathologist, Special Education Program Coordinator, Small Business Owner, and Vinyasa Yoga Instructor.

I am most proud of my role as mother of 2 extraordinary sons Lucas and Noah, wife and partner of my husband Clinton, and adoptive parent of 2 high maintenance rescue pups, Ripley and Mango. I am a shameless Phillies Phan, and currently my solve streak of the New York Times Crossword Puzzle stands at 303 with an overall solve rate of 96%.

“And now I begin to guide myself into the present moment where the war in my mind will cease and I will be able to rest in my true nature”

When I went to my first yoga class, I was looking for a less injury prone form of movement and an opportunity to quiet what Nikki Myers calls the Monkey Coachella in my brain. I did not expect wholeness. Yoga provides the opportunity to expand into my body and access the subtler aspects of myself. It teaches me that wholeness is not something that needs to be found or achieved. It already exists inside all of us. The practice of yoga slowly and compassionately relieves us of anything that is not wholeness.

Donna began practicing yoga with her daughter Nicole in 2002, while working in the beauty industry. What started as a common interest and a deeper connection for her to share with her daughter turned into a life long journey. For Donna, the turning point was discovering that there was more to yoga than the beneficial physical practice. She embraced the holistic mind body connection, earning her Holistic Health Coach Certification in 2021. In 2024, Donna deepened her knowledge of yoga and its relationship to holistic health, completing her 200 HR YTT training at Sadhana Yoga DE.

Donna’s teaching style emphasizes the importance of working with the body you have today and the transformative benefits of the practice at any age.

Off the mat, Donna lives with her husband of 50 years, Michael, and their little Shih Tzu Gia. Donna is Mom to two adult children and Nonna of two girls.

Matt Wiatrowski, RYT 200

Portrait photo of Matt sitting cross-legged on a colorful blanket outdoors, smiling, with greenery and houses in the background. Bright, sunny, portrait aspect ratio.

Matt Wiatrowski (RYT-200) took up yoga to improve his flexibility and adopt better posture in a body where neither came naturally. In addition to finding success in these aspects, he found that yoga helped cultivate peace, mindfulness, and strength. Through teaching, he hopes to help others experience these same benefits. His classes strive to appeal to all experience levels and leave room for students to find the pose variations that feel best in their bodies.

Outside of the studio, Matt enjoys his life as a husband and father of two children (and one dog!). When he is not working his day job as a chemical engineer, he spends as much time as he can with his family and close to nature, whether gardening, running, camping, or simply marveling at the wonder of it all.
